FleXiever CZ Screen MS Mini

Our smallest double-deck screener is based on the MS MICRO model. Double-deck screeners have a higher efficiency due to their design, and when using Sorters, material can be sorted into multiple fractions at once. It can be used with loaders that have shovels up to 190 cm wide with a volume of up to approx. 0.6 m³. The MS MINI is suitable for mini excavators weighing 3-5 tonnes, such as the YANMAR ViO 50 or VOLVO EC 40. With an output of up to 30 tonnes per hour, the MS MINI can sort various materials such as topsoil, excavation soil, sand, rubble, and more. For even higher performance and efficiency, the MS MINI can be retrofitted with belt conveyors from our range. The MS MINI can also be easily integrated directly into a production or recycling line. The bottom frame of the screener can be modified directly to the customer''s requirements, or the vibratory screener can be supplied with a lowered bottom frame only. The low weight and compact dimensions make it easy to handle and transport, which also makes the MS MINI suitable for rental companies. With a weight of only 700 kg, it can easily be transported on a trailer behind a passenger car. Changing the sieve is very easy and only takes a few minutes. The screener can only be ordered with a three-phase (400V) power supply.
